Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Native Lab Solutions, we strive for customer satisfaction, but we understand that things may not always go as planned. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation
- You may cancel a project within 3 days of signing the contract for a full refund of the deposit, as long as work has not yet started.
- If work has begun, cancellation will result in a prorated refund based on the work completed.
Refunds
- Refund requests will be considered based on the scope of work completed. If you are dissatisfied with the project, please contact us to discuss the issue.
- No refunds will be provided once the final project deliverables have been handed over.
